As a Front Desk Secretary, you:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\n
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller\u2019s inquiries<\/span><\/li>\n
• Greet visitors, determine their needs and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member<\/span><\/li>\n
• Pick up and deliver mails to the right destination<\/span><\/li>\n
• Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls<\/span><\/li>\n
• Receive and deliver messages accurately and completely<\/span><\/li>\n
• Monitor and direct incoming emails to appropriate department<\/li>\n
• Handle employees’ inquiries<\/li>\n
• Keep office information up to date<\/li>\n
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment<\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide general administrative and clerical support<\/span><\/li>\n
• Perform other related duties, if requested\n

  Qualification:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 – 2 year experience in Marketing<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic<\/li>\n
  • A background in Electromechanical and Mechanical systems is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Analytical and data driven<\/li>\n
  • Being able to look outside the box, and approaching problems from unorthodox perspective when possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
